Fantastic Stay
We have been staying here for the second time this year and what an improvement we have seen! Changes in management have ... happened and so many great changes have happened. A complete facelift new laundry room and machines. Great staff and Tatum works so hard to keep things running smoothly. Fast reliable wifi and awesome water pressure. Recap of Previous Review
Several months ago I posted a negative review because of poor experiences my wife and I had here with the previous managers. ... Reluctantly we needed to return to the area and we were pleasantly surprised and even amazed by the current new manager Tatum. The first business day after our arrival the manager was helping the park maintenance team getting things ship shape around the office. We were courteously welcomed and started the check in process. Unlike previous management any and all questions I had were answered within minutes instead of days as I was used to. I felt like an important resident. Cheery attitude and cooperation with Tatum certainly was refreshing. As in all RV Parks and even home Internet had gone down but the fast reaction to resolve the problem had it up and running within the hour, unlike before were it took weeks. The pool is now open and clean and beautiful water and pool area. Laundry room is being remodeled and painted and looks brand new. The criminal element that I witnessed months ago has been removed 👍 My report of an issue I had the last time we were here was immediately reported to corporate. My wife and I now feel safe and comfortable staying here The improvement to Salinas Sunset is like night and day from before. I now would highly recommend the RV Park 💯%. The manager Tatum wears many hats here and is doing a fantastic job with all of the daily concerns of a top notch RV park. Great place to live but need friendlier staff
We enjoy living at Salinas Sunset Park. Beautiful nature and clean park with good neighbors. Only concern is the new office ... manager. She has been rude over the phone and in person. Also not friendly with new residents. Please give this manager some training on customer service or get ride of her and replace with a friendlier person because her negative attitude is intimidating residents. thank you and I hope not to get repraisal for this comment.
